Felecia Veale-Buckson M.A.
Felecia is an Industrial Sociologist, Educator, and established leader with over 25 years of experience in the fields of Human Service, Women and Infants, and Family Services. Felecia has provided services to both customers and employees of human service institutions, such as: Florence Crittenton Services, Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Pressley Ridge Services, Baltimore City and County Head Start Programs, Boys & Girls Club, Baltimore City Public Schools, Baltimore City Healthy Start, Frederick County Department of Social Services and others.
Felecia has provided consulting services to organizations regarding; community and school engagement, case management and client involvement,employee wellness, trauma informed care methods, diversity equity and inclusion framework and group dynamics. She has served as an expert guest on MSU radio network, MyNDTALK radio and Coppin State University, where she passionately discussed trauma among youth of color.
Felecia has provided ongoing training and coaching services to both Morgan State University and Anne Arundel Community College's Continuing Education Department. Felecia serves as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology and Human Services for Anne Arundel Community College.

Otis M. Buckson Jr, MHS
Mr. Otis Buckson MHS is an expert in evidence-based practices, working with agencies in the shift to evidence-based programming, while equipping them to becoming successful in the adoption of new evidence-based programs. His knowledge of EBPs include, but not limited to, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma Systems Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Multisystemic Treatment, etc.
Otis received his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Morgan State University and a Master of Science degree in Human Services Administration through a collaborative program at the University of Baltimore & Coppin State University.
Otis has provided leadership in the areas of Workforce Development, Fragile Families, Fatherhood programs, and Adult Basic Education. Currently, Otis serves as Director of The Families First Program in the District of Columbia.
Otis believes that families can heal and thrive when given the appropriate resources and support from human service professional.
Nicole R. Williams, Ph.D.
With over 20 years of experience in higher education and of Human Services, Dr. Williams is committed to human services practitioners, organizations and leadership; as she continues to provide the highest quality of education for the future generation of professionals.
Dr. Williams takes pride in her ability to promote the importance of providing quality care in a manner that is fair, non-discriminatory, and sensitive towards individual cultural needs. She enjoys working with clients in the area of ethics, diversity and cultural competence as an essential part of her life's work.
Dr. Williams is a Full-Time Professor and Department Chair of Human Services at Anne Arundel Community College.
Dr. Williams teaches and firmly believes that you are able to display empathy and compassion by fostering mutual respect between yourself and someone that exists outside of your inner circle, you have the foundation you need to engage in human services.
Hannah Davis MSPH
Hannah is a certified health education specialist, who believes in the power of championing parents as their child's first teacher, and the importance of prioritizing the bond between caregivers and children. She is passionate about working with multidisciplinary teams to support women, youth, and families in a wide variety of settings. Hannah earned her Masters of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University with a focus in Maternal and Child Health and Health Behavior Change.
Hanna has worked in mobile outreach, school-, and community- based health programs in Baltimore and DC. Hannah is dedicated to teaching behaviors that promote wellness by developing and implement strategies to improve the health of children, families, individuals and communities. Through her work, Hannah believes "that families and the professionals that work with them need and deserve the best possible support to thrive".
Johnny Rice II, Ph.D.
Dr. Rice has spent the past 22 years providing leadership, and support to organizations that serve low-income communities, fathers, and families.
He has served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of the nationally recognized Men’s Services Responsible Fatherhood Program in Baltimore.
Dr. Rice was a primary agent in developing a partnership with the House of Ruth Maryland Gateway Project, cited by Health and Human Services as one of the first collaborations in the nation between a responsible fatherhood service provider and a domestic violence abuser intervention program.
Dr. Rice has served in the role of consultant, speaker, workshop presenter, and faculty
member for the Office of Violence Against Women, Futures Without Violence, and the Office of Family Assistance, to name a few. At the present, he serves as Board President for the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence.
Dr. Rice serves as Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Coppin State University in Baltimore. Dr. Rice’s philosophy is “Until the American Justice System Represents Everyone Equally, We Have No Justice System”.
Tasha Williams, LCSW-C
Tasha is a licensed Social Worker with over 23 years of experience in Human Services, working with leading organizations such as: Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore County Department of Aging, and Baltimore City Public Schools. Recognizing the needs of adults, children and families, Tasha provides counseling and psychosocial services to clients in clinical settings, and believes that the provision of mental health and direct support services help stabilize individuals, families as well as communities.
Ms. Williams is passionate about Human Service programs that provide supportive services to individuals coping with mental illness. Tasha firmly believes in "empowering individuals, families and communities with tools designed to help support a healthier quality of life".
